Was a Campy Week
Just got back from a little three day camping and working remote trip over to Mcdowell Mountain park. They accidentally gave away my camp site the first night, so they let me camp in the rv area, so this was the trip where I found out that have electricity at a campground is that same as living at home. No need to mess with solar panels, battery charge levels, etc. Thankfully, I went to the normal spot for the next two days and got to be self sustaining by messing with my panels and batteries. Anyways, I got some awesome bike rides in since they have such great trails there. I also did a nice night hike. The awkwardness of camping and working at the campsite, is that everyone else are just there doing fun shit and are either old retired fogeys, or burning vacation time and hanging with their friends and family. So... when people walk by, I just turn and wave, 'cause i'm probably on a work call with my headset, or just focusing on some random policy writing... I just love working with a view though. Having those weird districations like views and having people around keeps my adhd mind focused somehow.
Oh yeah, I hit the skatepark on the way in, so it was the trifecta of workouts and fun (If only I didn't have to work).

I left early on the third day to go check out Sycamore Creek and possibly camp there, but it was getting dark (and cold) by the time I got there. However, the creek was full on flowing, so I got to enjoy that.
