Keep grill at 350 F. Goal: Get temp probe in turkey breast to 160 f Put turkey in grill:

Hour One: Cook for one hour uncovered: Then check for water in the pan and cover main part of bird with aluminum, verify water content in pan
Hour Two: check for the bird temp of 133 which should be at the two hour mark, verify water in pan
Hour Three: check for 150 degrees and then check for over-browning to add/remove aluminium, verify water in pan
Monitor Temp till it gets to 160, then can brown it for a few more minutes if necessary
*****Status Update***** Turkey was a hit, took 3.5 hours to cook with the last hour at a lower heat, since the time got pushed to later. All was good though, delicious, crisp and juicy
