Camping in Bulldog Canyon
Wintertime camping in the southwest can be so spectacular. Here is my camp set up in Bulldog canyon. Its a hilly semi remote section normally used for daytime fourwheeling, but 3 day passes can be purchased for camping as well.
This is a rugged trail, so it took Four-Low in my jeep to get up to this spot. A few side-by-sides came by during the day, but there is some surprisingly good mountain biking there. This spot is not super safe though as it so close to town, so "general protection" is always taken.
