Costa Rica - beachside again.
I'm actually on the Beach in Guanacosta Costa Rica
That last lightning strike was pretty close. But three seconds the thunder was magnanimous, echoing across Pacific Ocean. My view of the beach is unencumbered from this Costa Rica town in Guanacaste.
Update (later from my computer)
It is so amazing, Buffy is inside at her conference texting about what they're hearing, but I'm right out here in the middle of it. Absolutely beautiful dark clouds drifting right to left out across the ocean.
Later, I ended up walking a half mile away, and had a half mile section of beach ALL TO MYSELF. It was insane, and beautiful, and scary.
