24 Hour Race In The Old Pueblo Tucson
I did my first 24 hour race in the Tucson. Tinker Juarez was there and did 24 1 hour laps, where as I did like 4 laps as part of a duo with Lynn. My lap times were incredibly slow too, those 7 bitches and sassy hill were brutal at 4:00 am. It was so windy, Lynn's pee bucket spilt and her hole tent was fubared after that. It was a fun and grueling time. The best part was all the training rides for the months leading up to the race. I've since done mulitple solo 24 hour races and a few dawn to dusks too. Soo much fun.
In the last pic, note the camping hammocks, these were cool. Also note the Trek Y bike single speed bike. That was fun to tool around on. I had my old 4x6 trailer too, which was super handy. It was so cold and windy that whole weekend. Did I mention it was windy. And Cold.
